Airasia Bengaluru Cochin price hiked from 500 to 990

AirAsia announced Bangalore Cochin flight ticket for INR 500 including taxes. It was introduced as a promotional offer as part of adding Cochin to the domestic services of AirAsia. The ticket was made available to book from 16 July,2014 and it's a limited seats offer. As offer reached to more popularity, more and more tickets got booked and site experienced a good traffic. The price was updated to INR 990 during 17 July, 2014 and tickets are unavailable for most of the dates announced. Status shows as either unavailable or sold out.

This offer heated up the price war between budget airlines and this was considered as a loot offer and mostly targeted to get first time fliers on board. News was spread in the media mostly through 17 july morning newspapers and other online media. It got a very good response as ticket was available for both routes at INR 500 , rather than similar offers in the industry were return tickets are priced higher. The price announced was including the taxes and this was a good attraction.

There was a confusion regarding the baggage charges where customers doubted whether they will charge high for baggage/luggage carried by the passengers using this promotional offer. But a baggage around 10-15 kg was allowed in the package and it settled all the related discussions on online medias.

Now, the tickets for Rs 500 between Cochin and Bangalore (Bengaluru) is not available and you can avail the tickets for Rs 990. Based on the demand, there may be variations in the price and AirAsia is doing the best to make this promotional offer and there by their launch in Cochin , a success. Services from Cochin is planned to start from 20 July, 2014.

How to add background image to all blogger post content area

We can add custom images to blogger background and even for posts and side bar. But, if we apply a background image to a blog inside main-wrapper, then the image will be applied to the whole post including post title and footer. this will be useful in some case.

But, if you need to add background image only to blog post content area, then  there are two ways.

How to 1:

In every post, manually go to html tab and add a new div inside first div. Don't forget to close the div in the last. Now you can add image to this div using img tag and this will act as a background image for blogger post content area.

This is very useful if we want to put background images to posts separately. But, what if we need to put same background image to all posts ? then this is an extra work to manually add additional div to every post.

So, we can use option 2

How to 2 :

If you need to apply same background image to all posts, then you can add it in the template itself.

To apply image for whole post area, add below code inside "main-wrapper" :

background:url(IMAGE-URL) repeat top right;

If you need background only to post content area, then add this line of code to ".post-body "

Save template and refresh your blog.
That's all.
Bingo !!
